Small Group Class Descriptions
Intro to Pilates/CoreAlign®: This class is for students who are new to Pilates. You will be taught basic Pilates fundamentals and technique on a wide variety equipment. As part of your experience will also have the opportunity to work on the latest CoreAlign® machine!
CC Fit: An intermediate fitness-based class taught using the Balanced Body – Allegro II reformer.
Pilates For Men: A strength building class, incorporating Pilates fundamentals – geared towards Men’s fitness goals.
Reformer/Tower: An intermediate class which combines the use of the Pilates “Cadillac” (Tower) machine as well as the Balanced Body, Allegro II reformer.
Pilates Mat: A floor class that provides total body conditioning using gravity and the traditional principles developed by Joseph Pilates.
Cardio Express (45 min): A fast-paced class for the advanced level student. A full body workout that delivers the results Pilates is known for.
All sessions are 55 minutes in length with the exception of “Cardio Express”.
